About Me

I am Ram M Srinivas, the administrator of this blog. I am undergoing my Under Graduate engineering course with Mechanical Engineering as my core at SASTRA University, Tanjore. I have also finished my Advance Diploma course on computer hardware and networking at Iect SISI government aided computer institution at Chennai. Being a mechanical engineer, my area of interest is Automation and Engine Design. Design, being my core specialization I have finished a number of foundation and diploma courses on various design software like Auto CAD, Pro Engineer, Solidworks, Catia and Ansys. I am also holding a diploma certificate for Product Design and Analysis. Apart from academics, I am an active member of Society of Automotive Engineers Club at SASTRA University which is a part of SAE India club. I have also finished a project on End Bit Forging Technique in one of the machine named BP460 at Sundram Fasteners limited, Madurai to reduce the scrap lost during forging process.
I have also undergone Industrial training at various companies like AUDCO India Limited, Sundram Clayton Limited, Delphi TVS Diesel Systems Limited and also attended various workshops on robotics, cryptography, Engine Assembly, photography etc. I am also working as an office bearer of SAE Club at SASTRA and conducted various Forums on Automobile Engineering especially on Internal Combustion Engines. I have also attended a certificate course on Automotive and Engine Design conducted by, IIT Kharagpur.
In addition, I am working in the Frame Design team of SAE SASTRA’s BAJA Car project conducted by SAE India. I have also presented a number of papers in various institutions and presented a paper titled Design Modification in Engine Exhaust in the national conference on Recent Trends in Automobile Engineering. Apart from this blog, I am also holding a number of blogs for Mechanical Designs and T-Shirt Designs and also holding a automobile community website.
